In fact many, even perhaps myself will conclude that Mush-Rooms no matter what color they may or may not help make you see, that they are UN-Clean foods because they Produce NO Seeds.
My argument, is are you SURE you understand the application? Could there be room for a GRAY area in THIS regard i.e. Mushrooms.
Maybe, persons can learn to dissect the word of God, even it it IS unlawful.
The first point I'd like to stare into regarding Mushrooms, is that there is many scientific studies showing an apparent benefit to them. In some cases and extreme benefit. If this is the case, why prohibit them? Is there some biblical backbone for doing it none-the-less? Just lots of food for thought and to throw up some controversy. I like to sometimes still the pot, even if I take the stance opposed to by own belief if this indeed be the case. Or perhaps, I'd like to see a biblical reason to go ahead and eat them... as I do follow the law don't you know where ever I can. I do fail at this, but well that's another story.
So, even if shrooms can be good for some persons, are they good for all persons, or even if they are prohibited, are they then permitted under certain conditions
We or someone can start a topic on Mary Jane i.e. Marijuana , I'd like to talk about that too... example Skunk-Weed vs. Man Enhanced so called thoroughbred herbal medicines.
Genesis 1.29
What say ye as your understanding.
Not just strictly babble (however you can digress to some degree), but get into the word too.

What Godly Benefit could they have?
Remember Gen. 1.29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.

hello cha!! so true . one of my most favorite parables is the tares sewn in among the wheat . as i think about it... it shows a great level of tolerance and mercy on GODS part, to not just rip those damn weeds right out.

But remember He sees all things to the depths of mans heart. He knew before Paul knew for instance, that Paul would repent and no longer be a TARE. All tares, will not always remain so - repentance does a body good. All saints likewise, are not always so, as they can turn and fall away - we're called to stand guard for many reasons.. one is the which a falling away from what would have been mercy into the then wrath.
